Native Salesforce CRM integration

With the new Salesforce integration, Lago data is automatically synced with your CRM.

This package allows you to access your customers' subscriptions, invoices and credit notes directly in your Salesforce application.

We will then add other features such as the ability to import Salesforce data into Lago (e.g. to create new plans, customers and subscriptions).

Void invoices

Voiding an invoice means canceling it without deleting it.

You can void finalized invoices that have not been paid, and have not be used to issue a credit note. Void invoices remain available in the app, but cannot be modified.

While talking with Data & Finance teams, we realized that calculating monthly recurring revenue (MRR) was more difficult than expected, especially for Stripe users.

To make life easier for our users, we will soon be adding a revenue dashboard to the Lago app, including gross revenue, usage revenue, MRR and outstanding invoices. 💰

Up/Downgrade alerts

When the plan associated with a subscription changes, you'll receive two webhook messages:

One to confirm the termination of the initial plan (subscription.terminated) and another to confirm the start of the new plan (subscription.started).

Endpoint to batch events is deprecated

The endpoint to link events to multiple subscriptions is deprecated and will be removed on November 30, 2023.

Events should only be sent via the main /events endpoint.
