Custom invoice numbering
|
We've made invoice numbering more flexible! Invoice numbers include three elements:
1️⃣ Prefix that can be customized;
2️⃣ Dynamic sequence, either based on sequential customer IDs, or based on year and month (i.e. YYYYMM); and
3️⃣ Sequential number of the invoice (i.e. 001, 002, 003, etc.).
This feature ensures compliance and consistency accros all your documents, including invoices and credit notes.

Automatic wallet top-ups
|
Customer wallets can be topped up automatically according to predefined rules.
This system is either based on a time interval (e.g. weekly, monthly, etc.) or a threshold (e.g. when the wallet balance is less than or equal to $10).

EU tax management

Lago's tax detection feature allows you to check customers' tax identification numbers through integration with the European VAT Information Exchange System (VIES).
It also automatically assigns customers a tax rate based on their country.
